Yes, Christmas Time! I love this time of year, it is so magical and alive. The air outside is cold and crisp as winter nears. I savor the moments I get to cozy up in my home with a warm mug of peppermint hot cocoa.

While any aromatherapy oil can be enjoyed at this time of year, there are a few scents that scream CHRISTMAS to me when I inhale them.
They are usually pine-scented tree oils, spicy oils, minty oils, and fruity essential oils.

Roll on recipes are seriously some of the easiest DIY creations you can make. I love to have lots of roll-on remedies around my home so I can use them when the need arises. If I need some motivation, I can grab my motivate blend and roll it on!
With the business of the holidays, it is important to take a few moments to relax and reflect. Aromatherapy is a great way to do that, just inhale the aroma of the oils and let them uplift your mood.
Roll on bottles are compact and convenient. During the holiday season, when on the go and traveling, roller bottles can go with you. Then you can have your well-being blends at the ready.
Here is how to make a roller bottle recipe
Step 1: Add drops of essential oils (from blend of choice below) to a 10 ml glass roller bottle.
Step 2: Add jojoba oil to the bottle and fill to shoulder of the bottle.
Step 3: Place rollerball insert on, then roll the bottle between palms to blend the mixture together.
Step 4: To use, roll on desired locations. I like to roll on my chest and shoulders, as well as my forearms and wrists.
